These look like yummy recipes, and I have saved them. However, I was quickly looking for a recipe for tonight’s dinner and saw the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Casserole with Cauliflower Rice. My husband and I are both on “Lean and Green” food plans so that is what I put in the search. In the past I have been on the Optavia 5 &1 program, so without looking at the actual nutritional information I made it and put it in the oven.
It may be a keto recipe but it is NOT a Lean and Green recipe with a whopping 705 calories per serving and 53 grams of fat! Those are NOT Optavia, 5 & 1 nutritional numbers! I think that is the same as a Big Mac!
I did look at the post you gave credit to, and it is not listed on that site as a Lean and Green. Fortunately, my husband and I have had VSG surgery and so we will not be able to eat a full serving. I also looked at individiual nutritional information of the ingredients and I’m not sure how they got to such high numbers. May I suggest double checking nutritional information before adding to your post? I know we will be double checking recipes before we make them!
Looking forward to checking out some of the other recipes. But I will be looking at the nutritional information before I buy ingredients and make it.
Best Regards,
Sheryl Williams
